1 General Provisions and Introduction to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 9coin platform ("Platform", "we", "9coin") and all users ("you", "member"). These terms cover 9coin's website, mobile application and all related services.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 VIP Program

The 9coin VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases with each higher tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. The specific criteria for changing VIP tiers are at the platform's discretion.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

9coin is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any software, bot or automated tool.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Collusion or attempting to deceive the platform's systems as a group.
• Providing false or incorrect account information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Any fraudulent activity outside the terms of the affiliate or referral program.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all funds and bonuses in the account may be forfeited. 9coin reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

8 Limitation of Liability
